What is the differnce between a Kippah and or Taqiyah they are both Caps ?

Actually it's not: many Jews in the Middle East, and even some in Romania (which was, let's remember, under the Ottoman Empire) and other Baltic states wear a cap that resembles the taqiyah more than it does the 'kippah' (as we tend to understand the term). The significance, above anything else, is the covering of the head, and a baseball cap or beanie would suffice for that purpose. As would a taqiyah...
EDIT: the Wikipedia page actually shows a Bessarabian Jew wearing a taqiyah-esque cap...
