I was prepared for that anyway, I suck at chess.

I'm the current reigning chess champion at my work, but then there are only about 5 or 6 of us who know anything more about chess than how the pieces move, so that doesn't mean I'm actually any good. You don't have to have an official ranking to be able to kick my ass, but I'd participate.

I want in on this. I once ranked 4th in the 4th grade chess club tournament at my elementary school. Of course there were only 4 fourth graders in the chess club, but, whatever. I beat a couple of 5th graders.

Skype has a chess game that you can play with people. Everyone would have to have skype though and be willing to add complete strangers just so a game of chess could be played. I'm sure there's some sort of online chess thingy that'd be easier for everyone though.
