Sounds like bullshit Idealism to me, peaceful revolution from within doesn't work, oh, wait never mind, let's go march with butterflies and rainbows like hippies with flowers and small envirementally friendly picket signs and try to overthrow the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie by giving them free hugs, oh wait *gets shot* nvm that doesn't work
You make it seem as if everything will work out according to plan, and markets will just * diminish* and it will all occur smoothly and naturally.
Except that will never happen, actually, we the proletariat must organize into an effiecent, systematic iron fisted vanguard that will crush all class enemy's with little to no mercy. We must do things by force, like this:

except more brutal and stuff

From what I gleaned here, none of this is really classifiable as being 'new'. You seem to of merely thrown together a largely incoherent collection of ideas under the guise of claiming an innovation in ideological thought. Communes and peaceful protest will not be enough to dethrone the bourgeoisie from their mass of concentrated power and wealth, it will require coordinated mass action on the behalf of the proletariat. As the class of the capitalists is not one which has been historically prone to merely abandoning its illegitimate claim to power, this act is generally not open to the flowery tactics which you seem to uphold. The contradictions of class interest inevitably lead to synthesis, something which is more often than not a volatile process. To deny this is to argue against historical fact and material reality with nothing more than the hopelessly ineffectual thought of idealism. To refute the necessity for a traditional seizure of power in the name of the working class is to argue against science itself, and thus your pseudo 'ideology' is one which shall never see the light of history.

Here's My Idea:
Regulate Wall Street's Hedge Funds,
Socialize the "Too Big to Fail" Banks,
Use Rescue Packages - I.e. Bailouts - to socialize and nationalize inefficient industries,
(Airlines, Automakers, Etc.)
Reinstitute a Higher Maximum Income Tax Rate (Circa 1980 - Pre-Reagan),
Launch a PW-WPA to make massive job-creating investments in our nation's infrastructure,
(Highways, National High-Speed Rail System, Clean Energy, Water Pipelines, Etc.)
Institute a so-called Canadian-Style "Socialized Medical System,"
Legislate a Nationwide Living Wage and 35-Hour Maximum Workweek,
Minimize International Trade with the so-called Emerging Markets - As it is allowing our Big and Exploitative Multinational Conglomerates to race us to the bottom in terms of wages, benefits and working conditions,
(Ban Outsourcing, Leave NAFTA, Curtail Trade with China)
We should, of course, promote Cooperatives and Social-Based Localized Production.
However, such methods won't complete the Transition into Socialism, which will have to be enforced from the top-to-bottom by a bottom-to-top grassroots (I.e. The working classes, trade unions and political organizations).
None of this is "new."
