We in here. 60 cans of Chef Boyardee and 40 Banquet (terrible for you) frozen dinners for roughly $28.
Here's how it was done:
Kroger has a mega sale right now. Buy 10 get $3 back.
Eligible items included Chef Boyardees and Banquets.. amongst many other items, but these were my target at beginning coupon ganganging.
both Chef and Banquets usually go for 99 cents each there. With the $3 back though, they're essentially 69 cents each. Good price tbh, but not good enough imo.
So I went online and searched manufacturer coupons. Found 1 for each...
Save 50 cents when you buy 2 Banquets
Save 50 cents when you buy 3 Chef Boyardees
Now, Kroger has a policy, where they will triple up to 35 cent coupons.. and double up to 50 cents. So this meant:
-.50x2= Save $1.00 off two. / 1.00/2= -50 cents each.
69 cents-50 cents= 19 cents each. We in here. 20 of them was $3.80
The 50 cents off 3 Chef Boys brought it down to roughly 39 cents a can. Good when compared to a dollar a can. 30 of them was about $10.80
This shit is about to get nasty when I actually concentrate on it, this was very halfassed and had the cashiers PISSED at me. LMAOOOOO
Let's get a coupon thread poppin imo

There's actually an entire reality show devoted to this practice. It's called Extreme Couponing and airs on The Learning Channel. I've seen people get like $1800 worth of shit for under $50. No BS. The people on it have like entire basements, attics, and garages filled with shit to the point it looks like they're actually running their own supermarkets out of their houses.

Some of those people do, I'm sure. A lot of the ones on the show give the stuff they don't need to charity. In fact, I've seen some of the people on the show give all of it to charity...

That's nothing. Try this one on for size: My wife and I recently transferred over almost all of our prescriptions to Kroger (nine for me; three for her). For every transferred prescription, you get a $25 in-store credit. That totaled up to $300 in free food.
But here's the kicker: Because our Kroger card and my mother's are linked in their computer system (we share electronic coupons), she also got an extra $300 in free food ... and we both got the 600 extra fuel points from the deal (the fuel points allow us to take 60 cents off a gallon, not to mention the fact that the free food also added fuel points, so our last fill-up cost us 80 cents less than the current price). This is actually a glitch in Kroger's computer system, but I sure as hell ain't telling them about it.
Extreme couponing ... FUCK YEAH!

The two best places to look are at convenience stores on Sunday evening or really early Monday morning, and online. When the newspapers deliver their Sunday editions, they usually bring them in two separate bundles: the ad inserts and the paper itself. Normally, they bring more ad inserts than papers, and if you get there in time, you can scoop those extras up. In addition, there are tons of websites (including manufacturers and the stores themselves) that have coupons you can print.
Finally, if you have an Android phone, I would suggest downloading an app called "Key Ring". It lets you input all your discount and rewards cards on to your phone, and it also gives you more coupons that can be credited directly to your account with places like Kroger, Meijer, etc.

Do you know of a similar app for an iPhone? I swore I'd never be douche enough to own a smartphone, but a friend of mine just upgraded to an HTC something or another and wants to give me her old one. Also, would Safeway or Trader Joe's be on that list? Not that I get anything from the latter aside from coffee, but still...

I'm not sure about iPhone, but I would bet they have something similar. I would figure that both Safeway and Trader Joe's would be on the list, since the app is meant to cover the U.S.
