No matter how reactionary it may seem, I believe in cases like these, the death penalty is completely justified.
Even if this murderer was to outlive his sentence and was released from prison, society will always look at him as a murderer of twenty-fucking-seven people. Prison isn't helping him. He should have the death penalty. It's the least they could do for him.

Even in cases like this i still not only oppose the death penalty, i also think if any of them changes his/her political views and shows actual remorse for what they did they should be let out. I will ammit after reading their crimes that's not a easy thing for me to say, but i stand by the idea prison should only be used to protect society from people who are dangerous.

When I read it I was schoked with:
After the sentences were handed down, one could be heard to yell "our conscience is higher than your laws".
The case concluded as a loose group of nationalists announced a coalition with the country's third-largest political party, potentially giving a growing nationalist movement a louder voice in the country's parliament.
The Liberal Democrat Party and a group of nationalist politicians and activists said their union would "protect the Russian people and (Russia's) interests".
They were not sorry and that piss me off.

When you kill someone that was just walking by and then joke in the court and say you 'll be back you must have brain problems.
I guess this proves nazis cant be dealt peacefully.

i think the fact that they killed 27 odd people shows that they reconciled being murderers with themselves quite awhile ago.

After three or more but they killed in a group so I don't know if that counts... I honestly hope not these people don't deserve to be immortalized by their acts!

Just because you want to see someone dead does not justify giving the state the authority to execute him. The death penalty is state-sanctioned murder, and as someone who opposes the state, it is only coherent to oppose the state when it wants to kill people because they broke the social contract.
That said, under the current setup I'm opposed to prisons as well, so it's out back of the barn in my book.

You guys praise this? This just proves the amounting influence the "NazBol" movement is gaining in Russia. They will be looked as martys by the 60,000+ National Socialist members that claim allegiance to the NSO.
God dam, Russia is not looking good. (Not that it ever did since Lenin passed away.)

well, I am pretty sure he did, but not interested in debate whether he said it or not as it is a moot point.
