Personal details of one Nottinghamshire anarchist and a whole bunch of stolen photos from Indymedia or wherever; not much on its own, but it's a worrying development potentially. Really hope it's just an isolated event and not the signal of a new wave of this shit.

seriously guys don't worry about it, this shitty website had been around for ages and its all a big joke and a person making it, Kev "gluebag" is a little cowardly prick that grasses his own "comrades" to the police. Luckily UK is not Russia where pictures like that can actually be dangerous.. worst that can happen is that you will get abusive facebook message ;)

It's not worth losing over sleep over, I'd agree that far, but I think it's something that comrades should be aware of all the same because, while we're not in Russia, people (including a couple of friends-of-friends) have been targeted in real life after their details went up on there.

Names and addresses are going up on there now, and I think people need to be aware if they're on there, I guess.

To be honest it really doesn't help that people don't even use minimal masking on demos and post their details and pictures all over Facebook etc. Sorry but if you do that, then don't be surprised that you end up on varioous shitty right wing websites..

And yeah, don't put your entire personal life, full name,etc. on facebook and go around liking antifascist events and whatnot. Also, counter-intelligence is often helpfull, knowing what fascists are active in your own area makes it a lot easier to deduce who is likely to act on redwatch information.

Saw a few faces I knew on there from an event (indoor event). I was sitting right next to them but wasn't caught in the image thankfully. The worst thing is that the picture came from a left organization, as they take pictures to show big turn outs at events on their websites but then these pics get put up on redwatch.

If any picture of me ends up on there I wanna be sure that my face is covered up. Does anyone know the extent that militant fascists use this information? How big is the militant fascist movement nowadays in Britain?

militant fash don't use this information too often to best of my knowledge, but that doesnt mean that we shouldn't be careful (plus police always gets free info that was as well and I am more concerned about them). If you don't want youyr picture taken, make sure to tell it to anybody taking it and if they carry on, punch them in the face as they obviously don't understand your concenr for your own security. This stupidity needs to be challenged!

Well, it's small now. But if the BNP begins a series of protests, this will probably attract EDL members, who'll then probably then be recruited into other organisations. http://www.facebook.com/waxy1?sk=wall This fella is trying to get a few of his mates to attend C18 meetings. Whilst, how legitimate these meetings are (in regards to if they're actually happening) it's still something to keep in mind that a few of the EDL are becoming a bit fed up. As we saw with the North-West Infidels, how ever, these fellas could become further militant if possible...
