Am I been stalked?

A while ago, my email and facebook and youtube channel account that was linked to that email got hacked. I got back the email back, I never got back the other two. Thing is, I made a similar account (changing the name a lil bit) after a while-2 days ago, with another email. Thing is, today I found out that a fake account with the new name was there. How did this happened? Is there like a trojan in my computer or, as some friends of mine told me, I might been stalked by someone?

Btw, the hackers had changed the previous account name and had created a fake one using that name.

What the fuck should I do?

Contact facebook and youtube and after that try malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/
and Spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html
when running your computer in safemode and see what they turn up.

If you believe you have been hacked its probably a good idea to format your pc and reinstall everything at least you will have a clean pc to work with.

If you're comp has actually been hacked, you'll need to reinstall everything from safe mode. If not, then anti-virus, anti-malware scans should be sufficient to locate the problem file.

Avast anti-virus is a good tool, as are the two mentioned above.
