ICWUDT of the Day: As you may recall, a few weeks ago, three members of Orlando Food Not Bomb were arrested for feeding homeless people in public (http://thedailywh.at/2011/06/03/this-seems-kind-of-wrong-of-the-day/) without the proper permit.
Since then, nearly 30 additional members have been arrested (http://www.wftv.com/news/28440571/detail.html) for serving food to the homeless in Lake Eola Park.
Apparently some people are pretty upset about this (http://geeks.thedailywh.at/2011/06/28/anonymous-attacks-of-the-day/)! One anonymous young man, however, feels the Orlando PD is being unfairly criticized for blindly enforcing a law meant to deter people from helping the needy, and, at a recent FNB food sharing event at Lake Eola, he showed up to show his support for the police with an “I (heart) OPD” sign (http://orlandocopwatch.com/shocking-lone-man-explains-to-wftv-news-just-why-he-loves-the-orlando-police-department/).
