If both systems started with an equal size of economy, which one would allow the biggest amount of labor to be used on greater goods while having the lowest allocation on individual goods/consumption?:
A highly interventionist market or a command economy (or maybe something else)?

Please elaborate and provide your points in the answers.

Why would allocating less consumption goods qualify as better?

I'm sorry, but I wasn't asking for a personal opinion or a reflection of thereof. I'm not asking if doing so would be better or not nor responding to such questions, I'm only asking which system would be the best one for fulfilling such a task.
