i always feel ill after i eat food i cook myself

i always cook it correct and am very clean, but i always feel a little bit ill after. i never am actually ill though. Other people who eat what i cook dont complain even though and say they like it (they would be honest too). wtf is up with that. i love cooking and i enjoy the food i make myself so its really annoying

What sort of food do you tend to cook? How soon after eating do you feel ill, and is there actual pain anywhere? Is there a difference between the sort of food you buy ready-cooked (takeaways, ready meals etc.) and the stuff you cook yourself? Take any medicines?

see how much oil/butter you put in. also portion size, if you cook for 3 and then scarf it down yourself that might have somethign to do with it.

i think it could be too much oil, i do go over the top sometimes with it
