if foreign troops leave (in 2015?), and the Afghan National Army is left in charge, will the Taliban be supported against the ANA, or will support stop considering that troops left?
Same applies to Iraq and the Iraqi resistance - although im abit unsure if foreign troops are still there?

You really have to make a distinction between "support," who you'd vote for in an election, who you think is cool, etc., and "military support" i.e. if there's a war going on and you happen to be there, who do you shoot at, and if you're not there, who do you send money to so they can buy bullets.
Actually it's kinda a moot point, as the signs are that Obama is looking to make a deal with the Taliban, after which Karzai would get dumped like a hot potato.
Certainly *if* the US were really to get out and *if* the Karzai government didn't immediately collapse like a house of cards, there's be no further reason to militarily support either side in my book. And never was a reason to support either side politically.
After all, it was the CIA and the Pakistani ISI who created the Taliban in the first place.

Keep this in mind. Also, remember that the Taliban are a bunch of tribal-feudal pseudo-muslim brutes ruling over their drug fields and a handful of goat herders. Fuck 'em.
There are still many US soldiers left in Iraq, fifty thousand or so. I think Iraq has a better chance of developing and independent, secular, progressive resistance movement, for the anti/US sentiment is not dead (as recent attacks have shown) and the country is a bit farther down the historical progress road. However, no clear vanguard group has yet emerged, so I wouldn't hold my breath.

Seeing that 80% of the Afghan Army is comprised of drug addicts and petty criminals, the Karzai government is going to have to cut deals with the Taliban to prevent its own overthrow simply because the Afghan Army isn't trusted by people and they can't fight for shit.
