I've read somewhere about a viewpoint which promotes the invasion of the 1st world for resources by the 2nd and 3rd world countries, which would benefit the 2nd and 3rd world countries (the world's vast majority), and provide billions of those who lack clean drinkable water, food, shelter and sanitation with proper needs.
How is this viewpoint called?

^ This. I fail to see how pitting the international working class against itself solves anything, much less qualify as a world revolution.

To be honest, its just a logical extension of most of the wide-eyed 'anti-imperialist' interpretations of Lenin's theory of imperialism; the idea that if only enough third world nationalists fought off the First World corporations, the fat first world workers would lose enough privileges to seek the overthrow of the First World bourgeoisie, and the real show could get on the road.
