what is this supposed to be about:

I had always assumed it depicted somebody on verge of vomiting from drinking too much, which the lines around his lips suggesting the concerted effort to hold it in and the looseness of his (or her?) torsoe suggesting the way an inebriated person moves. However, apparently there are alternative interpretations. What's yours?
