So, what are some calming techniques and anger coping skills that really work?

Because I'm about to turn this block into fucking Columbine and string up some [unsavory characters] like Mussolini.

I apologize if my language is inappropriate or whatever, I'm just furious.

That's perfectly normal outrage.
It's best to save it for the revolution.

When people cause you to become angry, stop and think for a moment how the greater good can be accomplished.

Lashing out at them and either getting arrested or stooping to their level is seldom the best route. Find a better way.

I prefer to pursue legal options like methodically building a case against someone and/or giving them dirty looks. Being deliberately unhelpful is fun too.
Keep your words and actions legal because nasty people excel at provoking good people to anger and then getting them arrested!

Another way to get around the impulse to speak or act rashly is to consider for a moment: Death is way too good for them. Stringing them up like Mussolini would be doing them a favor. For maximum cruelty, it is best to just leave them alone in their horrible little lives as their words or actions are too insignificant to notice.

Be Cruel.

Try to take your mind off of whatever it is which is causing you so much distress. Try reading a book, watching a favorite movie, playing an instrument, ect. Anything to alter the course of your intellectual energies works, really. If you become engrossed in something, it is generally harder to hold onto that degree of anger.

On a side note, I think this may be more suited to non political. Bit serious for chit chat almost.
