My opinion? He's honest as hell and he doesn't mince words. Whether you agree with him or not, you know exactly where you stand. There's no hidden agenda with Sam, and those are qualities I highly value in a person...

Because of Sam_B, we are able to enjoy laughs and good times in this chit chat thread. And the ironic part about it is that Sam_b hates chit chat and wants to shut it down. I think without Sam_B's general dislike for chit chat, a bailey thread just wouldn't be as interesting, the Man would fail but not in an ironic way, the stoners and the drunks would just seem debacherous, Esperanza would probably get sluttier (no offense) and do more drugs, and revleft would degenerate into a cesspool of repressed pranksterism.

He's like a fancy wine; at first he's unpleasant but you feel as if you're a philistine if you don't like him. Then you don't care anymore.




I used to hate him, then I kind of wanted to be him, then I realized I was too bitter and erratic to match his calm, collected wit. Now I just appreciate him and occasionally stifle an oncoming rage when I fall in his sights, and stop myself from engaging him in an attempt to defend myself knowing that even if I'm right (to his credit, he usually only goes after people when they are blatantly wrong so it's good revleft etiquette, IMO, to concede with grace), I'll come out looking worse for it.
