I beleive in a society where everyone has the same rights and oppurtunites at birth and that effort determines your salary
in capitalism someone will work hard become a millionaire and his children will automatically become rich regardless of their effort
However in most communist theories everyone earns the same amount of money so there is no motivation
People complain that in communism a doctor would earn the same as a janitor. Well thats irrelevant. Its about effort; if the doctor is doing a harder job than he should earn more, however if the janitor puts more effort into his job and work harder he should earn more
Anyway im not sure what my theory is
Anyone know?

Let me just say a couple of things, then you can reflect upon them.
Competition, the original driving force of Capitalism, the original driving force of evolution.
Well, evolution has had a bit longer time to develop than Capitalism and look what's happened. Humans have a virtual monopoly over, well, just about damned near everything. Capitalism has a tendency to create a hierarchy, not everyone can have the same chances under Capitalism. Competition means that winners win and losers lose, so the next time they play the winners already have an advantage. No the State can not regulate this as the capitalist class already controls the State and this would not be in the interests of the capitalist class.
In Communism, there is no money because there is no value.
Value is a social relationship within a specific type of society. This type of society must have a division of labour and private ownership of the means of production. What this does is isolate the spheres of production and puts them at a disconnect with each other. Now, in order to distribute human labuor (like every society must do) they must become connected somehow, this somehow is Value. Value IS socially abstract human labour.
If you think what I had to say was intriguing, I request you PM me

This is socialist collectivism.
However in most communist theories everyone earns the same amount of money so there is no motivation
Money needn't be the only motivation, (and it isn't the only motivation) , it's just the one in capitalism. If you were paid a decent salary every month, enough to live a comfortable life, would you slack off all day for the rest of your life?

You sound pretty liberal/social democrat at best. This is "rev. left" not "centerists unite"

The focus which you place on opportunity seems misplaced for a communist, as opportunity is a largely irrelevant factor in any revolutionary effort. The goal of communism is to create a society wherein opportunity is a antique of the past, something which no longer serves any purpose as one does not need the chance to rise in through the capitalistic superstructure of class in order to attain a fair standard of living. Your misinformed criticism on the matter of incentive is also something which strikes me as being rather strange for something claiming a place in this area of the political spectrum, but that at the very least can be remedied through education on proper leftist history and theory.
Overall though, I would say you are a pretty standard democrat, perhaps a democratic socialist at the absolute most. You show no desire to see the world move beyond the oppressive confines of the capitalistic mode of production, thus you are hardly a revolutionary leftist by any measurement of weight.

Sounds like social-democracy. I feel that your assumptions about communism are wrong. Yes, the ultimate goal will be the elimination of money but, like the withering of the state, these are long term goals. Throughout the building of socialism, money will still be used in exchange for goods and services. It will just be "backed" differently. And people will be paid different wages. One of the challenges will be replacing material incentives with moral and social ones.
Don't reject communism because you're afraid doctors and janitors will be paid the same
