Can somebody please explain this High Court ruling on bail to me please? I was arrested earlier this year at a demo, although I haven't actually done owt and the police have admitted they have no evidence.
I've been on bail without charge since March, re-bailed again last week to July, and I'm wondering if this means that the CPS have to charge me in the next 4 days, or clear me and drop the case? Am I entitled to compensation for being bailed and re-bailed without charge for over 2 and a half months?
