Well at every moment in history, whenever fascists had the chance to kill us, they did. We are trying to stop the spreading of fascist ideas, this obviously means that we won't let them spread their ideas on this forum.

And like Psycho already said, the owner of this forum can get into the trouble if nazist material is hosted on this site. I think it is against German law to glorify the swastica and other fascist symbols.

Don't purge me, bro. With this being said, I think it'd be cool to have some (masochistic) Fascists here that are allowed to post and shits to be used as 'examples' if you will. They could post however their positions, politics, etc. will be severly criticized, refuted, laughed at, etc. Just a silly idea, not a real propisition or anything. I realize allowing them could get the owner in trouble and such.

Is it actually illegal to host ANY sort of fascism in Germany? I know any sort of Naziism is but didn't know it was for non_Nazi extreme right wing crap. And anyway there are plenty of boards where Fascism is tolerated or even promoted (ie Stormfront.)

I've often had the same question myself, but didn't ask out of fear that you all would think I was a fascist (despite my user name, even!). You don't have to be a fascist to wonder about the ban, though the first response satisfies that curiosity.

Why would we assume you're fascist. That is in regards to your name, why would you have to state that you're not a fascist?

yes, i think i'll get criticized for this but i don't see why people like libertarians can post freely but not fascists. libertarians have all sorts of ideas that if were enacted would lead to all sorts of suffering and death, are generally racist (though slightly more subtle than fascists) etc

Psycho answered your question very well, I'd also add that Fascists have no interest in constructive debate, the only reason they would be here is to troll and flamebait. Fascism is the polar opposite of Socialism, we have nothing in common and no shared interest whatsoever. Moreover not only is Fascism implicitly reactionary, but it very often manifests in racism, sexism, homophobia etc, all of which are bannable offenses here.

Someone who has seen plenty of trolls can say that this person was almost definitely trolling. Like an admin, for example. The way he always replied to "you're fascist" allegations ("aww, did I hurt you? Sorry :) :( ) reeks of trolling.

Well, (A) we don't know that Reefer's a fascist, and (B) we don't know that Reefer's a troll.

Reefer started two threads. The first was the standard introductory thread, and the second was a thread asking about something that, frankly, was the first thing I myself noticed about the site's rules (hence why I chose this user name). If he was a troll or a spammer, he certainly lacked commitment to either occupation.

The worst dirt that we have on Reefer is that some of his responses came off as sarcastic, but that's only because we (i.e. most of you) put him on the defensive almost immediately. Guilt by accusation, in essence - unless I'm missing something. If I'm not, though, then the ban (in my oh-so-precious opinion) is utterly ridiculous.

Knowing that there's nothing I can do about it, though, I'll shut up right...now.
