I get a lot of rep but don't know why. I generally disagree with myself and have considered making a sockpuppet to tell myself how wrong I am. I'd get away with it too if it wasn't for the ultra reactionary mod and admin team.

I have never "kissed ass" to get rep. I think it's simply the more experienced posters that have higher reps because they have more posts that are thanked than newer people. It's not something I have ever cared much about, although obviously I like it when someone thanks my posts. I have also never asked to be a mod. So I don't get how there is a dictatorship of high reps. I treat everyone on here the same, even if you have 10 posts, unless you're a troll or an idiot.

Rep is ultimately nothing more than points system that shows how many people agree with or like what you said on this website, which is ultimately just a website which while entertaining, educating and possibly useful for some things doesn't really mean much in the grand scheme of life, which is ultimately just life, which serves no purpose other than to make people wonder why life exists.
