Because if it is Grover Furr wants to discuss Hotel Bristol.

And also note the hilarity in his linking to another article by Sven-Eric Holmström, which is mostly, suprise suprise, based on Furr's own "research".
I found Holmströms FB, he describes himself as a "hobby historian" and is obviously unemployed. Also this: "Sven-Eric har svarat Stalin på frågan Lets settle this once and for all: stalin or trotsky ??"

So anyone else have any funny Grover Furr stories to share?

My Grover Furr stories are so old, I've forgotten most of them.

Yeah, he's not on the Marxism mail list I presume because of his tendency to engage in that line of discussion, but he has joined the Leftist Trainspotters list. He used to get in that too but has interestingly backed off and preferred to take "leftist trainspotting" literally, ie finding trains (and other mass transit) of leftists groups and countries.

Nah, he still also often replies in his usual über-Stalinist style of posting... He also still regularly gets stuff posted in the Weekly Worker, which is a testament in how free they really are with publishing.

Not as much as he used to, or at least that is my experience. There was a good week when all I was getting from that list was a long fight between Grover and others over the Spanish Civil War. That doesn't seem as common any more.

What is your "criticism" of the "research"?
