In Marxism Class is based on your relationship to the means of production not how much money you have or make the Democrats define Class based on poor middle class or rich/wealthy am I correct ?

Yes capitalists define class along income lines which leads to metaphysical descriptions with no implications regarding the true interests of each classes whereas communists use a material description of relation to the means of production which truly shows the interests of each class.
