This is nothing new. What's really depressing is that the two top rated comments for the video were
It is called public indecency.

Leon Patterson that punched the deputy? The cop had one for him. Apparently a thug, with no ID and walks the streets. The cop was aggresive, but is trying to clean up the streets. Good luck. Thugs are a menace to society. The 3 were laughing at the cop when he pulled up and it all played out.
The first guy says the cop was justified. The second guy thinks the cop's heart was in the right place, and refers to innocent people walking down the side of the road as thugs based on their skin color and dress.
I hate the majority of youtube's users.
