Yesterday, I saw this video, then read Rakhmetov's post about the rape and torture of American nun Dianna Ortiz, then read about the 5 year old girl being charged with murder. Then spent hours in kind of a horrified fog.

I guess what I'm saying is, thanks for the memories, Revleft.

Don't forget the post about how illegal immigrant women should have to fear contacting the police after being raped and of course Mr. Santorum's comment. Yeah revleft is the place where you get to see everything that the pretty little mainstream media filters out. And while it is incredibly horrible to keep hearing these things, in a sense I'm grateful to not be ignorant of them. Because ignorance is only bliss for those who go unaffected, and I'd rather be horrified but active in stopping this shit than in bliss and unaware that this is being done to my brothers and sisters.

I'd rather not be ignorant, but sometimes it just seems to get to be too much, especially all at once. I want this shit to end right now, but it's so frustrating, and sometimes so incredibly discouraging to know we may very well not see world socialism in our lifetimes.
