It is supposed to be good for you in moderation.
Vinegar is used diluted for combatting yeast infection and mold (?) infections on the skin. It helps balance the intestine flora...if used in moderation and has a positive effect on the metabolism of fat. It also is supposed to have a positive effect on the heart/blood system.
They say it helps the immune system combat a lot of health issues. I don't know if its true.
Personally I used it as a dietary supplement during cutting cycles. It helps. It tastes horrible

Apparently it causes your body to become more alkaline by trying to neutralise the acidic avc, which is supposed to lead to better health? It's true that alkaline foods are generally more healthier for you, but that's because almost every processed food/sugar treats are acidic. I'm not sure if AVC does anything to your health, but I do love vinegar. I use red wine vinegar, it has a more tangy taste which I find more tolerable.

It's vinegar, so it's not that different from regular distilled vinegar....so you can use it for making pickles.
