Add a new post or page (or, of course, edit an already existing one, whatever), and just above the text box, even above the formatting commands, where it says 'upload/insert' and then there are six little symbols...well, click the second (add video), which looks like this: http://beharsozialistim.wordpress.com/wp-admin/images/media-button-video.gif?ver=20100531, and then, in the window that pops up, click 'from URL' at the top, and it will tell you to copy-paste in the URL of the YouTube video, and then you're done! :)

I did this, and it only creates an active link for the video.
Try this plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/smart-youtube/), or others like it.

Make sure to paste the link as text while in WYSIWYG while using Q's plugin. Copy paste it into notepad to be sure. Also, you're best to leave an intro break between intro text and the video otherwise it comes up as code on your front page.
