go to the advanced post screen.
click youtube button
you get these tags:
[*YOUTUBE][/YOUTUBE]

put the youtube id code (that is the bit after "v=" in you youtube url) between them. in m case: KMhGN9_gqvU
so
[*YOUTUBE]KMhGN9_gqvU[/YOUTUBE]

and if you do this properly, without the *'s i putted in for the sake of the tutorial, you get this:
