While I somewhat remain a fan of Dead Prez, this is less than exciting. It's like watching a dude rap while in a spin class.

I would have to disagree. I, myself, like to workout at the gym and, despite the fact that I love listening to metal, I can't stand listening to metal while working out. I get more of an adrenaline rush through hip hop for some reason and hip hop that talks of working out and pushing the limits definitely helps!
