Democrats and Republicans may have different views on Taxes but they are both Capitalists the Democrats may raise Taxes on the Rich/Wealthy Capitalists when they take power and are elected but when the Republicans take power and are elected they cut taxes for the Rich/Wealthy Capitalits therefor they are for the same system the same two party system does anyone agree ?

yes it does matter, because evein in a Capitalist system, workers will do better with a progressive tax than they would with a flat tax.
