I would try to get a massive organisation of workers worldwide to start "protesting" against our government, demanding a return to capitalism, the parliamentary system, the free market, the old property system, etc. Have them invite said reactionaries to lead the provisional governments. Then when they're all established, say "just kidding" and boot their asses.
