Figured this wasn't too big of news to post in Politics, but still interesting. Who's more batshit insane? One organization doesn't have a history of lynchings, but also seems to say practically anything just to make people rage.

I think this is more an attempt to exploit a situation for propaganda by the KKK. WBC was currently in the news and is massively disliked...by opposing them the KKK attempts to make itself seem respectable and acceptable in the eyes of the public and gian a foothold for spreading their own propaganda.

Its NOT about the soldiers, its NOT about hate group competition....its about propaganda.

Why? Well...simply put...they did not protest the WBC before they got all the attention. They simply found something in which its easy for them to appear reasonable and on the side everybody supports and now exploit that event. Its rational tactics by the KKK...not the sudden empathy for dead soldiers and their families.

The KKK are, I think, obviously more detestable. I mean the WBC are like 20-30 trolls trying to make you rage-quit life while the KKK are a white supremacist terrorist group. KKK are a super-nationalistic group that I'm surprised haven't done this in the past considering how deeply offensive it is to nationalists to ever criticize the troops, dead or alive, no matter what. They want more idiots to join them, that's why they did it.

According to wikipedia, Fred Phelps did a bunch of civil rights cases in defense, yes I did say in defense, of blacks, and tried to bring down the Jim Crow laws in their area. So while he's a homophobic fundy, at least he's not racist, whereas the KKK is both homophobic and racist. Point goes to Phelps.

See, where your logic fails is that some of them are guaranteed to miss... which will leave survivors. Plus, the WBC has little kids in it. They might be kinda hard to hit since they're so small.

The way I see it is, the KKK will definitely waste their shot, probably killing the first one who gets a tan because he is morphing into "one of them coloreds." Fred Phelps will probably shoot himself so as not to deal with the annoying complaints of his granddaughters and other members. The remaining party members on both sides will probably die of starvation, disease or murder. All in all, probably funnier than Gilligan's Island.
