2003 sounds out of date if I'm honest. Legal books have a 2 year shelf life. True, there's some things that stay constant from year to year, but there's a great deal that is not. It's a minefield to use out of date law stuff as you don't know how reliable it is likely to be. Maybe a better idea would be to go to your local library.

Yeah I'd thought about that, but was just wondering what it's content is like. Generally I've always found that while legislation changes, the ground rules remain the same in Contract, Tort, etc.
