Did the infamous terrorist Luis Posada really blow up a freaking plane? Do you think that he was/is guilty, despite being found not guilty? Was the court at fault?

'Did the infamous terrorist Luis Posada really blow up a freaking plane?'
Yes, he indeed did as he was allowed to do so by the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States and was aided by the United States Government through both material, financial and other forms of backing including allowing Posada to be harbored within the United States.
'Do you think that he was/is guilty, despite being found not guilty?'
He was found 'not guilty' due to him having had been tried within the United States and having had been allowed to commit said action by the Central Intelligence Agency and the United States Government.
'Was the court at fault? '
Quite obviously.

Was he found not guilty of the terrorism, because my understanding was that he was on trial for perjury or something? I don't think there's even been a trial dealing with the terrorism, correct me if I'm wrong. I mean, why would the US Government put him on trial for terrorism and have to admit that the CIA was in on a plane bombing.

1.) 'Was he found not guilty of the terrorism?'
The United States refuses to extradite Posada however, expects various other countries to extradite Militants and 'Terrorists' that are against the interests of the United States government. So effectively, he is unable to be tried for the charges of Terrorism that he is guilty of.
2.) 'Because my understanding was that he was on trial for perjury or something.'
The trial was relating to him having had taken part in the Bombing Attacks in Havana which were supported by the United States and the United States was complicit in.
3.) 'I don't think there's even been a trial dealing with the terrorism, correct me if I'm wrong'
The perjury was related to the 1997 Bombing Attacks by Luis Posada in Havana.
4. 'I mean, why would the US Government put him on trial for terrorism and have to admit that the CIA was in on a plane bombing.'
The complicity of the United States in Luis Posada's bombing campaigns are already quite well known as Luis Posada was apart of the Central Intelligence Agency and was complicit in the Human Rights Abuses of various Latin American governments that were client states of the United States.
While Carlos the Jackal lies behind the bars of prison, Luis Posada roams free-- Having had slaughtered more with his bombing campaigns in the interest of the United States than Carlos the Jackal had ever done.
