We tend to be (obviously) on the far left of the economic axis and depending on the tendency somewhere can end up either near the middle or at the very bottom on the verticle axis.

I know it doesn't mean much but it can help give you a general idea of where you stand.

Yeah it's literally impossible to figure out where you're at just by answering 40 or 50 questions. Even for a remotely accurate answer I think there would need to be at least a few hundred. Some of the questions are really awful too.

Personally I find it hilarious that some leftists (people who generally question everything and like to form their own opinions) let a machine decide where they stand for them.:laugh::laugh::laugh: Also, as a leftist, you don't need anything that test can give you, you already know that you support a left wing approach to economics, and it's fairly easy to figure out if you are libertarian or authoritarian socially and politically, that's half your answers right there.

There is no hurry, get educated and do not rush to attach labels to yourself. If you believe in a social economy, that we should close the borders permanently and make sucking on lollipops illegal then fuck it, that's what you believe, whether or not it fits in an existing ideology is secondary.

It just means you are most likely in the Libertarian Left. It's not incredibly precise, and the questions are ambiguous, but it does give you a general idea. You cannot tell what political philosophy best fits you from it, even if it were precise, because tendencies overlap. An example of its imprecision is the question "A significant advantage of a one-party state is that it avoids bureaucratic delays." or something to that effect. It is true, but if one agrees to it, it puts one much more to the Authoritarian end of the compass.

What the results indicate is that you have a dislike for authority and value freedom and autonomy....you are also socialist.

Where this places you in terms of actual position on actual topics is anybodies guess....but basic tendencies lie with, at the very least, sympathising the non-authoritarian tendencies.

Thats the test result indication at least.
