I've noticed that China has become kind-of capitalist over the years. Has anyone said that communism in China needs to be restored?

It was not communism in the first place but simply state run capitalism. "Restored" is a misnomer

I think it's a bit dishonest to just give your own opinion on Maoist China instead of a balanced view.

To the OP: While the opinion robbo stated is common among many of the so-called 'anti-authoritarian' tendencies, Marxists-Leninists and Maoists generally view China during most of Mao's time as socialist, and yes, we really wish socialism would be restored in China. That said, this is unlikely to happen within the framework of the Chinese Communist Party as it exists today, but would rather require a new revolution since capitalist economics have been fully reinstated.
