Have any of you read this? If so what do you think about it?

I read it years ago, can't say I remember much of it. Seem to me to be a bit too much of "Marx only" reading, i.e. everybody after Marx, such as Engels, Lukacs, etc. wasn't really radical enough. Years later, West writes _American Evasion of Philosophy_ to argue for pragmatism, which doesn't seem all that radical.

However, now that I have a few more years of reading Marxists under my belt, I've considered going back to it and see if it makes more sense to me now. I at least have a better idea of who Lukacs really was now.
