I got about six minutes in, when I realized he doesn't really understand anarchism at all. I do very little, but I can see that, for one thing, he is thinking too abstract, and is considering anarcho-capitalism and anarchism as the same thing. So when he's talking about the fire, he repeatedly makes references to "the private company" that would supposedly exist in anarchism. And that my revleft comrades, is a complete, and utter, embarrassing for someone calling themselves genius, FAIL.

I sort of sympathize with that view, but the reality is that people have a right, stupid or not, to determine who represents them and effects their lives. Socrates recognized the inherent flaws in democracy, but without a paradigm shift in human consciousness, I think we're sort of stuck with them.

In regards to this comment and his video; this must be the most idealist and therefore stupid analysis of anarchism that has so many holes in it due to just having a false idea of anarchism (which is the first mistake a non-left wing critic of anarchism makes). First of all, he has that stupid idea that anarchists believe in just "chaos! chaos!" and no accountability which is just a false definition even when defining anarcho-capitalism. This obviously is coming from someone who is a quasi-fascist Conservative or even just Fascist.

Same. About half the time I'm on revleft I am either drunk or stoned. Stoned more recently though.

But yeah, he has no real understanding of what anarchism is. Most youtube anarchists have no clue. They always tend to be some kind of individualist strain(which isn't necessarily bad) or cappies.
