What do people think of Richard Wolf, the Marxist economist? Recently I've been going though the podcasts he makes with his wife, Harriet Faraad, and his online classes and presentations. He explains economic concepts gradually, painlessly and without jargon. He's not a deep Marxist thinker, at least in his presentations, he's not David Harvey, but he does good work in making Marxist concepts accessible to people who are basically economically illiterate, something that badly needs to be done.

Any thoughts on him? Is he worth listening to?

His analysis of capitalist economic crises is basically Keynesian (overproduction/low aggregate demand), which is sure to piss off those who cling to the falling rate of profit theory (Kliman et al.) His "postmodern Marxism" is also sure to be denounced as being "revisionist" and his market socialist alternative to capitalism is sure to be met with opposition by many on this forum (excluding me.)
