Cuban communication shut down?

Anyone else noticed this problem?

I have Granma International news set as my home page and I haven't been able to access it for about 4 days now - very frustrating! ... tempted to indulge in all kinds of conspiracy theories about this but will resist the urge until more info comes to light! ...
