I am extremely disturbed by this and equally disturbed that the Peacecorps asked the victims what they did to get raped. I shouldn't be surprised but I mean really?

I did but I guess I missed the title. I was mainly focusing on the part that the peace corps medic refused to help her.

Yes - and the people in charge of it behaved in a reprehensible manner. Female soldiers and contractors from the companies that supply contractors mercenaries from the US in Iraq have been raped too - and the pigs in charge acted similarly.
