people who constantly smoke weed can be quite boring

people who always go and get drunk all the time (not all) can tend to be boring with constant stories of their "hilarious" drunk times

i dno if this was the point Vanguard was trying to make, but say ur in a group in a setting u cant smoke, some people dont know eachother, the few of u who smoke will go outside together, and u will probabl talk to eachother more than if u were still sat inside in the group

i made quite a few friends just stood smoking outside my university dorm building

also, if u are trying to find someone to fuck at a club etc, smoking area is good place to strike up that first conversation
