Brothers and Sisters,
Attend the demonstration on May 11 at 5:30 pm across from the DA's Office to demand that he finally do his job by prosecuting former Police Sgt. Robert Ralston for criminally shooting himself, lying about a Black man having done it, and then committing several other crimes to cover up that lie.

JUSTICE HAS BEEN DELAYED
BUT WILL NOT BE DENIED!
Philadelphia Police Sgt. Robert Ralston on April 5 of last year criminally shot himself, lied about a Black man having done it, and then committed several other crimes to cover-up that lie.
When his racist lie was exposed, the Philadelphia Police Department on May 11 of last year suspended him with intent to dismiss and later fired him.
Following that, lawyers on May 20 of last year requested that the DA file all applicable criminal charges against Sgt. Ralston, but the DA completely ignored that request.
Therefore- exactly one year from the May 11 date that the Police Department itself officially concluded that Sgt. Ralston lied- the lawyers, along with Philadelphia’s Black community and others, now demand that the DA do his job by filing all applicable criminal charges.
