This actually sounds pretty dope. Given UK Le Guin's seal of approval, I can hardly wait. Only trouble is that the public libraries around here don't have copies, though several have it on order. I can only chalk it up to a later release in the US than it got in the UK. Just as well, I have like three other books to get through before I start adding to the list again.

China Mielville is a powerful writer. When I was reading Perdido Street Station I had vivid dreams about it.His new novel is definitely on my list/ Its also good to see LeGuin is still writing, she's been one of my favorites.

Also on my "to read list" is Galileo's Dream by Kim Stanly Robinson.

I've done that here and there as well, but generally only when I can't find a hard copy. Books are one of the few things I'm a traditionalist about.:)
