I abruptly woke up this morning with one, two, three - for anarchists are we, we burn the banks and smash the state and kill the bourgeoisie.. stuck in my head forever looping again. It won't go away for months.

If only that chant was actually accurate.

You mean lyrically or in application?

This chant is now the main reason I'm pissed I missed that march.

Obama, escucha, estamos en la lucha!

la lucha proletaria sigue!

La lucha orbreras no tiene fronteras! (slogan, not chant)

Sure is like that because your description is more like the one solution revolution.

el pueblo unido jamás sera vencido
The people united, will never be defeated
Get up, get down, there's a _____ rally in this town
Socialist Alternative, that's the way we want to live
The _____ are under attack. What do we do? stand up fight back
Occupation is a crime, from Iraq to Palestine!

it wasn't exactly like mambo italiano the last bit of it was like the bit in the song that goes "All you Calabrese do the mambo like-a crazy". It went to about the same beat and had a similar number of syllables.

I really hate those "blah blah blah is under attack, stand up fight back" and "the people united will never be defeated" chants. It seems like their omnipresent at every stupid lefty get-together. Get some creativity. Also, the "this is what democracy looks like" chant.

Maybe that's why they get "stuck in your head" !

strange to be on this website if you're not into (stupid) lefty get-togethers...

Luckily I can put on some electro or something while engaging in this stupid lefty get-together.

I think that protests would be a lot better if they were just set to some sort of throbbing synthesizer beat.

I always seem to get chants stuck in my head for days. This isn't from May Day, but after March 26th I had, "1, 2, 3, 4, escalate the class war! 5, 6, 7, 8, organise and smash the state!" in my head.

I like that one. Whenever I hear it I'm reminded of my first May Day, like the sad little bugger I am

i got: A, anti, anti-capitalista

one solution (ect)

build a bonfire, build a bonfire put the [insert class enemy here] on the top, put the [as before] in the middle and we'll burn bloody lot

also, "one world, one struggle" i saw from a mayday vid from india, i quite like the chant, i im gonna try and spread it
