Serious Offtopic Discussion forum
Non-political posts that are not humoristic in character are to be started in, and if found outside it, moved into this forum. This is meant to be a forum where one may talk about everyday concerns such as problems with school, work, love etc, discuss ones hobbies, and so forth.
Basically, anything that doesn't concern politics, and doesn't fit into the other forums (the cultural section etc), belongs here.
Humoristic, non-serious offtopic threads/posts, on the other hand, belong in the Chit Chat forum. That includes non-serious oneliners, picture posts etc. Such are not tolerated in this forum.
Please respect this division -- repeatedly ignoring it will lead to administrative action.
