I just found out that a friend of mine left Philadelphia for Chicago a few days ago in order to attend some sort of leftist conference. I'm not sure how "revolutionary" or "reformist" it is but I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about it. I believe it's going on as I type this. I can't contact my friend so I'd like to hear some thoughts on it and if anyone on this site is attending.
