"International demonstrations on February 27, in around 40 countries, will see hundreds of thousands protesting against the continuing occupation of Iraq by foreign imperialist armies."

The CWI reports that on February 27 organizations worldwide opposing the occupation of Iraq will organize mass demonstrations and protest acts.

(P.S. - I didn't put this under "protests coming soon" because February isn't very soon :) )

Is this an CWI thing? Or is it a day of action organised by the various coalitions of the world?

I'm not sure, but I believe it is organized by a coalition of organization, I don't thing CWI will just do something like that alone.

Yeah that's a point, I think it would be just a lot more worthwhile if it was a whole lot of different groups organising it, not just the CWI
