Since for many years the Democrats have supported a Progressive Income Tax System how can they be called a Bourgeoisie political party would the Bourgeoisie really support the Democrats when it fact the Democrats want to raise taxes on the Rich/Wealthy Bourgeoisie and on their big/large Corporations or should we say that the the Bourgeoisie has tax loopholes and offshore bank accounts and Lobbyists therefor it does not matter in a Capitalist society if the Democrats raise the Bourgeoisie's taxes ?

Supporting progressive income tax doesn't mean one supports working class rule. Reforms that the democrats (and all bourgeois parties) push aren't attacks on capital. It's regulating capitalist exploitation to benefit the capitalist class itself.

By the same token you might ask how Republican president Dwight Eisenhower could be regarded as a bourgeois politician, since corporate tax rates during his eight-year administration were the highest they've ever been. There's a lot more to socialism than raising taxes on the rich.

Until the Democrats start advocating the establishment of a worker's state and the democratic control of the means of production by the working class, they will still be a capitalist party that supports capitalist interests.

And don't expect them to change, the democrats have always been a bourgeois party and always will be.

Its the carrot and the stick, democrats tend to use more carrots, repulicans tend to use more sticks.

Also democrats are generally less ideologically market based, i.e. they believe in real economics.
