I wonder how Mental Health would be managed in a post-revolution society? Would there be still Psychiatric Hospitals?

It could go a number of ways. If the government that came to power was influenced by anti-psychiatric ideas than they might abolish mental hospitals. But every socialist government that is in power or has come to power I know of kept mental hospitals and the government was in charge of operating them.
