I know that Democrats have used tax payer money for bailouts for the Wealthy/Rich my question is is this the first time that the Dems have done this ?

No. There's a long history of both "sides" of the aisle bailing out and funding corporations. Every time a war plane is made, a company gets bailed out in its' failure to sell war planes on an free market.

Yes, and bailouts date as far back as Hoover's National Credit Corporation, which was an attempt to bailout major banks during - guess what - the early stages of the great depression (1932). It failed to accomplish much.

If that wasn't enough, FDR's legislation enacting the NRA was written by a National City Bank board member. National City Bank was a precursor to Citicorp, the umbrella firm which owns Citibank etc. (more here (http://thethinred.blogspot.com/2011/04/glass-steagall-dead-for-2-decades-and.html)) I haven't looked into the NRA's function in the financial sector, but there is no doubt that it served as a bailout to some extent, as well.

Also - can you make your titles make more sense? Simply copying whatever will fit from a single-sentence post isn't good enough.
