Can anyone enlighten me about the Swedish govt. system? I know that health care and schooling are nationalized, and that the government takes 40% of a persons annual wages. Also that they have a lot of money left over from what the government needs to run everything yearly.

Sounds like whatever the Swedish are doing is working out very well,

Did you know? Private schools are everywhere, funded by the Misean system of "school vouchers", and was established as early as 1993. The health care system since a few years ago also operate on this model. The pharmacies were recently deregulated. Many hospitals and a significant number of clinics are now in private hands. Infrastructure is heavily deregulated (mmm EU). Most government services now operate on for-profit basis (and this is why the government has "money over", sounds like you approve of Anders Borg's liberal reforms.

Social democracy is dead.
